It's not Microsoft's decision, it's LucasArts, they own the license to these games. Also they would have to be remade for XBLA.

The game sucked on xbox anyway bad control and it looked horrible.2 the game still works just fine online on the PC.

I loved Battlefront 1 and 2 as much as the next guy, but I believe they should've finished Battlefront 3 before they start working on the HD remakes for XBL. This is my honest opinion.
